I don't think either, and won't say either. But I will say that you must be fairly new to music, and really it's probably not fair to say other bands suck, because how much are you acquainted with them? Can you really say Slipknot is the best metal ever? How many metal bands do you know? How long have you been into metal?
I'm not ragging on you, when I was just getting into music, I claimed a lot of things were the best evar, and now I look back on that and think, "What a goon." So maybe you should give some more time, or maybe be less vehement in your stance of things.

Also, I tend to pass judgement quickly. I'll hear a few examples from the genre and deem it crap (as was the case with me and emo).
Every now and then I acknowledge I was wrong.
"Pink?! What the hell was I on??"
"Avril Lavigne?! Shoot me now, sweet Jesus..."
"...I listened to Deadstar Assembly? What's wrong with me!?"
"Hey, Dashboard Confessional isn't all that bad..."
^^ The few instances. Did I spell acknowledge right? I hope I did...
