It's possible that her chassis has a pair of operable cheeks, which can be slapped together rapidly. Assuming the correct fluidity for the faux-cheeks, this could produce a far more realistic sound than a speaker. If there were an air cavity behind the cheeks, this would work even better.

I used to have this stuff called "Slime" which came in a plastic cup. Turning the cup over and pressing the material back in with your hand produced an extremely convincing greasy flatulent sound. With practice you could get a large repertoire of noises, from small high-pitched to deep throaty ones.

Could it be that she has a vent down there, but the app makes the fan make the noise? Just like some people can make music with hard drives.

Or floppies.

People got very creative with floppies

On topic: I am hoping for a week of this kinda stuff. Silly self contained comics. It also helps that I have a very childish sense of humour.

... In my travels I frequent truckstops. At the coffee dispenser counters there are, more often than not, little creamer style plastic cups containing a substance called Stok. It's for adding caffeine to your coffee. The concept frightens me. The concept of someone piloting 40-plus tons of diesel-powered commerce while jazzing on it ... yikes.

Better IMO, than piloting that same 40-plus tons of diesel commerce while nodding off. Ideally, no-one should try to drive while sleep deprived, but if it must be done, better the sleep-deficient driver be well caffeined-up. At least they'll be alert.

Regarding the comic; HA! Serves May right! Compared to the shenanigans Pintsize has pulled, her little fart app is amateur hour. I'm surprised he's impressed, quite frankly.
