I'm still thinking Alice is a human that got immortality and various other powers somehow (like Vandal Savage).

Timemaster:
Malice has brown hair and green eyes. But apart from that she has pretty much the same face as Alice (blonde/blue). Especially the form of the nose is very similar.
Another hint that she is a kind of clone or a fellow syth?
