IIRC, when Pintsize binged on cake mix, Marten said that it causes Pintsize internal damage but that's the nature of addiction isn't it? You do it for the buzz and don't care about the fact you're statistically reducing your life expectancy!

When Pintsize ate cake batter, it got all over his internal components.  When he ate tomato sauce, it went into a holding tank, and was later violently expelled through his... um... lack of ass?

I don't have the archive-fu to see if those were before-after his chassis switch.
