Oh, I think we've seen her smile. I find what she's smiling at the disturbing part -- she's looking at the centerfold in Prolapse Monthly!
Jeph's note at the bottom says "Prolapse Monthly is the only print magazine still extant in the QC universe" -- I can't help but think he means "...as far as May is concerned, anyway."

In an early comic we saw Pintsize looking at the centerfold of a print edition of PC World. Either PC World has gone all-digital since then or is no longer publishing.

I think his comment was aimed at how Prolapse Monthly was the only paper magazine extant in the QCVerse
