It was kind of startling to me, somewhere in my twenties, to realize just how many of the modern petrol companies are descended from that notorious monopoly; much like the "baby Bells" which came into existence during my own lifetime, as a result of a similar breakup.

Faye returns to CoD. This should prove interesting, especially as Bubbles will be with her.
I wonder if she has a Trench Coat?
And will it be black or red?

What should be shocking is how many of the Baby Bells have re-formed. AT&T, for example...

I can fully understand that. I'm not comfortable in a big rowdy party situation, but a handful of friends at the cafe would be less threatening.
Also Bubbles can feel more valued now: she's being asked to provide moral support, whereas previously she was being challenged to "get out there and socialise because it's good for you".
