WCDT Strips 3216 to 3220 (9th to 13th May 2016)
Zebediah:
Did a bit of sleuthing in an effort to determine which bar Clinton burned down. Turns out there is no corresponding real-life bar in Northampton.
The bus that goes from Northampton to Amherst is route Blue 43. There are three major stops for it in Northampton. None of them has a bar that close to it. The closest bar to any of the bus stops is the Dirty Truth, the RL analogue of the Horrible Revelation - but it's almost two blocks away and Clinton definitely wasn't there. Nor does there appear to be a nautical-themed bar in RL Northampton.
Tova:
Deleting texts requires effort. :)

Also I just noticed that Clinton is one of those strange people that delete their texts. Either that or he's never texted or been texted by Claire before.

Wait, what? There are people who don't delete their texts? :-o
That's .. huh. I'd have said 'crazy' but I guess all it warrants is 'inconvenient and poor judgment.'
Why on earth would you keep old texts around?

1. Some texts are worth keeping
2. I text myself things using it as a notepad
3. If my phone doesn't automatically delete them then why would I put the effort in to do so?
hedgie:
I figure that most should be deleted, but I don't bother. If nothing else, they're a useful memory aid to a previous conversation (I don't always trust my own recall). I think that if I *did* start deleting texts, that'd be indicative of cutting a person out of my life.
A Duck:
Assuming the night turned into an impromptu date between Clinton and the bar lady, or at least something close to that, and considering Clinton's last date, things are certainly escalating.
Let's hope his next date doesn't end with a nuclear disaster somewhere...
