I clicked on "like" because I thought it was funny and life is horribly like that sometimes.
I don't think it's likely to happen though: elaborate comedy setups like that are not quite Jeph's style.

WHOA!!! Where are all these flirty women coming from!
... is far to high to not be the norm.
(Apparently it's to do with the change in attitude of someone in a new relationship - more confident, maybe taking a bit more care of their appearance etc...)
Except... Clinton hasn't done any of those! :)

Actually he did: All in one night whilst on his date with Emily. He's run with it since then and seems to have found a happy medium between 'Old' Clinton and 'Doing whatever will impress Emily' Clinton. It is entirely possible that the result is pleasing to the ladies but his lack of self-confidence has been leading him to reject hints when they come his way.
