I just wonder if this is leading up to Hanners switching jobs and working with Faye and Bubbles.

Dora might be a bit unhappy if Faye started to poach her employees.

It won't be a case of poaching, it may just be a case of Hanners deciding she wants a change of direction and since she knows Faye and Bubbles anyway and feels secure enough with them to do so ........

Okay, you can go ahead and explain that to Dora. I'm sure she wouldn't be the slightest bit paranoid about it.
Regardless, Faye and Bubbles are in no position to take on extra hands right now.
