Jeph Jacques has another webcomic called "Alice Grove." Here's the first page of that comic: http://www.alicegrove.com/post/98389994494

I think JoeCovenant is well aware of Alice Grove, its just that this is normally the QC section of the forum, AG discussions don't typically belong here. Hence, the joke.

Alice Grove is some weird extended RP campaign by the QC crew.
Mr Church is played by Elliot who is indulging in playing someone completely unlike him, as in a vicious and psychotic thug.

I guess that wouldn't break the "AG and QC aren't in the same universe" clause set by Jeph, so I'm taking it.

(click to show/hide)Considering that multiple realities exist within Alice Grove, QC's future could very well be in one of those realities, thus still technically being "in a different universe". Also maybe Jeph thought that the time, but he never officially wrote it into either comic, so...who knows?
Aegir:
Elliot looks like Mr. Church because they're both brawny white guys drawn by Jeph.
Method of Madness:
Which means they're obviously related. Or the same person. Or friends. Or colleagues. Or...a fifth option.
