They may have called it "yesterday's comic" since I screwed up and mentioned it a day early. I'll take the blame for that, and I've learned my lesson. But I went and looked at lots of cat gifs, and I feel better now.

This may not be the spot for this comment since it's more generic than specific to the current week's arc. So somebody tell me where it should have gone if you wish.
My comment is this (and I've been thinking this for many years of QC). How the hell does Jeph manage to come up with such a compelling story and quality daily strips day after day? I read many other quality strips and there are always occasional arcs of weakness or irrelevancy. But not here. Every day I read the strip and I'm never disappointed. It's unnatural. He's superhuman.
