St.Clair:
Oh, you had to bring spelt into it...

Bollthorn:

--- Quote from: BenRG on 15 Apr 2018, 01:32 ---I've loved Hannelore from her first appearance. Her suffering, her strength, her courage, her self-deprecating humour and the sheer determination she has had to drag herself out of what was close to total mental incapacitation is wonderful. She's a real heroine in what is otherwise mostly a story of ordinary folk.

It helps that I also think her as cute and lovable in most ways. :-)

--- End quote ---

This. All of this. I so want her to find someone she can cuddle with. Sweet little cherub ^w^

Tova:
I was hoping it didn't need to be explained. Oh well.

BenRG:
Well, here we see Trooper Basilisk failing on 'inconspicuous' and 'subtle'. I'm guessing that this is why she's never made full detective!

Seriously, though, everything that I'm seeing here suggests that this is something that she's never done before. With everything that's happened to her recently, I think that her need has been amplified to the point where she's finally taking the plunge and going for it, whether or not she's got someone to share with her. Still, for her, going into a bakery is close to going to a sex shop and it's genuinely funny to see her reacting to bread the way a teenage boy would to his first sight of hardcore stuff.

Oh, I love that nervous smile in panel 5!

MrNumbers:
Baked good romances never pan out
