That only applies to officiating at weddings, and even then it's an urban myth.  The US and Royal Navies specifically prohibit ship captains from doing so - that's what chaplains are for.  Since he is, for all practical purposes, the city manager of a municipality, if a state's laws allow it he might slide in that way.  Or not.

Good grief, I left Punkbot off the list!  He's sure to be a ULC minister, and absolutely sincere about it.

Edit:  Gawd I hate it when I find typos ten hours later.

Zebediah:
Spookybot is not an ordained minister, but they can still perform weddings via the expedient of editing reality such that the couple has always been married.

specter177:
Pintsize for sure.

hedgie:
Melon seems the type to be ordained in the SubGenius.

Dandi Andi:
I could definitely see Jimbo being ordained. It seems like the kind of thing he would do.

I am an ordained Pastafarian minister. I became ordained to officiate my friends' wedding. Their families wanted a more traditional service, but I promised not to wear a colander or pirate regalia.
