Princess Leia cosplay.  CinnaBuns hair, long white dress & blaster ;) Of course Faye would rock as Han...

Faye as Han, OK. but maybe Bubbles as Chewbacca?

... I read that as the Terminator.

Timemaster:
Bubs: a 2B outfit from Nier: Automata would make her look really badass!  :-D
For real: i like the casual loose-fitting attire. A pair of cargo-pants would look great on her, combined with a nice colourful t-shirt.

Claire needs a break. Maybe partying for one night would be enough, it did wonders for me in those days.
We don‘t know yet if she‘s facing a more serious crisis.
But this is QC. So maybe, yes.

We‘ll see.

Zelia:
Viz. Claire, in this strip. I have been there. Didn't get a MLIS, but do have a M.S. and a Ph.D. Prelims or comprehensives (or whatever they're called in comic universe) are so much work, and in her situation it comes at the end of her academic career, so she's struggling with the idea that she needs to find a job afterwards. Definitely empathize with the impulse to just throw everything.

dutchrvl:
Nice to see Jeph addressing the anxiety of going out in the real world after graduate studies, which tends to be a somewhat underestimated issue that is often waved away by those not having been in grad school. Many think that just having a MS/PhD is a guarantee for finding a job immediately and making boatloads of money. This is true for very few majors though, and the reality is often otherwise for most majors.

While grad school can be, and often is, stressful on its own accord due to lack of money, fear of failing, intellectual challenges, etc., it is at the same time also quite a protective bubble that keeps you safe and in a low-risk position for years. Often the longer you are in grad school the more daunting it is to go into industry, I think. I found it quite daunting myself to put myself out there and find a 'real' job after many years in grad school, and I would consider my major to be a relatively 'safe' one in terms of prospects....

Mr. Doctor:
A break? Hmmm, yes maybe but Im gonna side with Clinton and say that she is in need of talking about it. By the way she looks and how she just ”deleted” the memories of that conversation with her brother, yeah... that ain’t healthy. It Will bite her in the ass if she keps that route.
