I'm pretty fussy about foodstuffs and beverages, but I don't think I'd have any problem drinking something an AI sniffed. There shouldn't be any nasal hair or booger issues.  Maybe if there was a small discount for "previously sniffed" tea? I'm more of an iced tea drinker, does it harm/degrade the tea to re-warm it?

They might not have nasal hair, but what about coolant, lubricants, hydraulic fluids and the like?

But then, serving Melon's favourites may be as big an issue.

It may be fine, and many customers may be fine with it, but at the very least it should be clear to them that they are getting 'reused' beverages.
