Bubbles csn make her hair grow with a certain solution, but if need be you just csn sew on a wig.

I think it varies depending on the cost of the chassis. May's is just a wig of kinda inflexible fibers while Bubbles' hair can "grow" if she uses specialised polymers.

It's been established that some, like Bubbles, can grow out their hair, by speaking it in a polymer solution. To be sure, scalp replacement is probably a possibility as well. I think that for earlier models that might well be the only solution, though we've no evidence in text for that.

Or, you know, there's always the Pintsize way.
