Question about Kaido fruit (spoiler)

Assuming Kaido ate fruit that turns him into a dragon and isn’t a dragon that ate a fruit that turned him humanoid. I’m seeing it classified as mythical zoan but since dragons are confirmed to have existed in OP they aren’t mythical creatures so wouldn’t it be an ancient or even just a regular zoan?
