My three best guesses as to the subject for strip 4000, based on the recent strips:
* Marten and Claire have a heart-to-heart ending with Marten promising to be a 'new me' and Claire responding that she's happy with the Marten she's got but she thinks that he isn't happy and needs to get a hold of his life;
* A bizarre three-way conversation between Faye, Bubbles and Sven played for laughs;
* Sven is all mopey about Hannelore going away (she's one of the few girls that he knows whom he likes but without sex getting in the way); Faye tells him to suck it up and text her; strip 4000 is him texting Hannelore and them making an arrangement to meet somewhere like Seattle. Bonus points if Hanners is on a beach in Tahiti or Hawaii at the time.

Considering this is Dora's engagement party, Sven being there should be kinda expected, no?
Honestly I also would expect at least Penelope and Cosette there. Yes, they are employees and employees are not necessarily invited to such private things, but considering Dora's general interactions with her personnel I would expect it here. Raven too maybe, although it has been so long that we have no idea whether they even keep in touch at this point.
Big twist: Sven shows up but those interactions go just fine, and then out of nowhere Angus steps into the bar....
