Maybe it mixed in with or got carried by his own natural oils?

I'm reminded of the effect and power of pure water.  Whatever fluid they use may be similarly potent.

As I've said before:  water would be a terrifying solvent if we weren't already ourselves mostly made of stuff dissolved in it.

It's a guy's, this time, so it's a little easier to miss, but... yeah.  :-(

It is almost as if whenever a character with longer hair starts showing up more often that they get follically massacred.
Does this mean that he will be a major part of the story for the next little while?

--- End quote ---

I dunno if it means that Sven will be sticking around, but it is IMO part of the observed trend that Jeph himself prefers short hair (or hates drawing long, but more the first I think) and has been working his way through the cast to eliminate the latter.
I'm not a fan of it, myself.  I feel that it reduces the overall diversity of character design.  (I made a previous comparison to drawing everyone as circles, relying solely on size and color to differentiate them.)

Roborat:
I am impressed, and somewhat surprised.  A whole page in the forum and not one post commenting on the title of the magazine May is reading.

I just assume that AI are as interested in biological functions/byproducts as we are with the intellectual and philosophical experience of being an AI.  Why wouldn't there be entire magazines by and for AI dedicated to certain bodily functions?

May just wants everyone to THINK she's constantly consuming the most esoteric and taboo porn she can find.

We thought about it, but then we realised that would've been taking the piss.
