Dear Powers That Be,

Please bring an American version of this quiz show to television.

(My cousin turned us onto the show when my wife and I spent last weekend with him and his partner, and we love it, but some of the references/clues are in subjects that almost nobody outside the UK would know, so we have almost no chance to "play at home" with those. We need a US version.)

That would be awesome, but this show would never be allowed on U.S. television. Far too much classical music, far too few fart noises.

Plus we don't really do team sports like this without Richard Dawson to heckle the contesting families.

Oh for some reason I read quiz show and assumed it was The Big Fat Quiz Show of the Year and loved the ones where Russell Brand and Noel Fielding were teamed up.

I think that would be cool to see an American one too.
