Does *any* other country have one in that form/date?

Small scale harvest festivals maybe.
Halloween has been bleeding through, although mostly for people dressing up spookily, and some minor trick or treating.

Oh, black Friday has become a thing. Lots of deals. "deals". But not "people are going to be trampled".

I refuse to go out before 5pm on Black Friday, and I don't do any shopping until after 7pm. I refuse to encourage retailers to do that to their employees. Working Black Friday sucked enough when I worked retail a decade ago.

--- Quote from: awkwardness on 26 Nov 2019, 19:46 ---...I feel like an idiot for not realizing it sooner: Thermal decoupler = old joke name for a blowtorch by plumbers. Bubbles is being funny and trying to lighten the mood, not being specific(even if it's doing exactly as she said).

The thing that's most intriguing is that hot glue is more than just the stuff that you use in crafts, it's now used in woodworking and other major construction so it being used to secure a seam on an AI body would make sense especially if it's one that's only meant to be opened for emergency repairs or surgery...

Now excuse me while I try to fight off this embarrassing blush

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was reading the tool to be a specially shaped piece of thick wire/thin rod attached to the handle at both ends.

Strip is up!

"Because they're cute" makes about as much sense as anything else robots do like get sprays or even wear clothing in the first place.  Although I suppose if a chassis is human correct there's probably some legal obligation.

Perfectly Reasonable:
Sam is being professional.
