It's a workshop. Faye probably should be wearing a long sleeved top, and nothing loose. So I guess all they have is emergency work clothes, which may not fit Milly's style.

A bolt of cloth, some iron on adhesive strips, and a decorative pin. Instant skirt/kilt.
