 :parrot: The TV and the radio were off for the whole weekend and I tried so hard not to look at FaceSpace so my OMFGTWHGFC levels have dropped back to TWIS levels  :parrot:

Now for some shenanigans or more references to crustaceans.

FAYE: "So, yeah, Bubbles has had an idea. Something about 'upgrades' and we're going over to the shop to look at her schematics!"

CLAIRE: "Sure, Faye! Happy transhumaning to you both! I hope I recognise you when I see you again!"

EMILY: "I'm jealous! I'd love to have heavy-duty pincers!"

Gyrre:
FAYE: "Me an' Bubs were wondering what Emily's talking about while pantomiming. Care to clue us in."
CLAIRE: "She's showing me how different crustacean gnathopods move and teaching me what they're called. It's pretty interesting. Amphipods a weird."
EMILY: "A Malacostracan's chelates go like this; snip snip, snip snip."
             Emily only moves her index fingers while holding her middle fingers still during the snipping motion.

EDIT: just a tweak to Claire's dialogue

FAYE: "Bubbs wants to know if she can see what's in the basement."
CLAIRE: "She knows this is just the pretend-there-are-stairs-behind-the-counter trick and we're walking on our knees and there's not really a staircase here, right?"
EMILY: "There is if you BELIEVE."

Narrator:
Little did they know there really were stair behind the counter.
All 357 of them.
They lead down to a long forgotten and now undocumented Civil Defence Bunker.
The clearly labelled steel access hatch was covered with those horrible Blue and Yellow asbestos floor tiles by the original owner.
Following owners didn't want the expense of dealing with asbestos so they just added more layers of cheap flooring.
