The good news is she at least got to enjoy motherhood and grandmotherhood and continue her legacy through her grandchild

those who take one look at the Skull and make excuses to leave, or
those who decide she's "troubled" and get all "understanding" :-P
At least those who laugh at her are easy to deal with - that's why she carries the Obsidian Femur of Grobulax... :-D

I, personally, would not use a valuable artifact like the Obsidian Femur of Grobulax on something as fetid as the dumpster of Ew'Gross. Though I strongly suspect that Skullmaster may be speaking figuratively, and she didn't actually use it as a shovel.

Wait- wouldn't the ones who laugh be the ones that are compatible with her? They share a sense of humor and "get" her...it seems wrong to harm someone who actually enjoyed her quirkiness
