Ah, my recently acquired specialist subject. It is very definitely a Duck they are chasing, the hat is a dead giveaway.
The second person is Gwar Gura, a shaaark and one of the english hololive members, one that had a particularly meteoric rise in popularity.
Oh and to further explain other references,

Red Scare is referencing Usada Pekora, another japanese hololive member and a rabbit.
Highlights involve her minecraft traps, unique laugh, brutal Get Over It mindgame with Noel, and crossing two language barriers to play minecraft in english with Moona, an indonesian vtuber. Many people have fallen down the rabbit rabbithole.
Honestly, this leads to an interesting thought. If Vtubers are people operating anime style computer generated avatars...and Clinton already has a prosthetic hand...has anyone put a human mind into a robot body?

I find myself unconvinced that Elliott and Clinton are compatible. Not that a relationship would be doomed, but it would require a lot of personal growth from both.
