Most of Jeph's comics are open to interpretation :) I saw that one more as Clinton establishing that he was attracted to Elliot, but that doesn't necessarily lead to wanting to date him. Hence the 'hanging out' that they did when Elliot was working.

Agree to disagree on this? My interpretation was definitely "something Clinton wants to happen" rather than "a hypothetical possibility."
