My vote would go to Kartoffelbrot, but it's not available in the poll. The topic of bread always make emerge my german roots. German bread with french cheese and wine...

'Other' should be one of the options.
As I understand it, brioche is a dessert bread.

--- Quote from: Gnabberwocky on 26 Jan 2021, 13:09 ---Elliot's from a different social circle, though. His interactions with Marten/Faye/Hannelore/et al are limited to running into them in the shop every once in a while, as well as the one time they were all at the bar together. I don't see any reason for Corrine not to see him.
--- End quote ---
Clinton is Faye's roommate's brother. Clinton is the reason Elliot would be seeking help for anxiety. Depending on how cautious Corrine is, it might be enough to say no.

It’s not. At least, not exclusively. It is well suited to desserts of course.
Just as an example, the current trend towards brioche burger buns.
Edit: In case you (traroth) are labouring under the misapprehension that brioche is cake because of the common English rendering of the famous phrase, “ Qu'ils mangent de la brioche” — let them eat cake — that’s a mistranslation. Brioche is a bread.

Okay, I think that I'm in trouble here. I can't actually retain today's strip. Beyond the ladies' names (how long I remember those is up for debate) literally nothing happened. I mean, in honesty, there are parallels to the introduction of three three library assistants, two of whom became short-lived primary characters before Jeph started running out of things to do with them but...
I think that everything about this strip, most importantly that Willow is obviously going to be a deus ex machina to corral Clinton into going the direction the author wants him to go in even though every strip so far really doesn't support that it is in-character, just confirms to me that the Clintelliot ship isn't for me. Literally, the only recent strip that I've liked was Brun, Dan and Renee's appearance. Before that, it was the bit with May at Union Robotics. Literally this entire continuing arc is a turn-off for me.
I think that I may have decided. Let's see what Thursday and Friday's strips are like first.
DaiJB:
Hello Willow!
"Uuuggghhh"
...and hello Iris!
