Understandable reaction, but I don't like the lake pollution. Now the fish are getting unsolicited d*ck pics as well!

I've never felt the urge to send a dick pic.  I've sent a couple that were requested, but never have I thought, "Oh, this woman I don't know and will 99% likely never meet in person swiped right on me as well, she obviously wants to see my junk!".  It's not even something I had to be told not to do--when I first learned it was a thing, I had to stop and ask myself, are there really guys who are that stupid out there?  Over the years, it turns out that yes, there are, and there are far too many of them, going by the numerous times it comes up.

It's not that dudes think the woman wants to see it, it's a power thing. They get off on forcing on to people, on making them uncomfortable.
