Based purely on what I know about Jeph's writing, and not at all on recent comics, my money is on Way Too Perceptive Mom. Because I think Jeph is heavily invested in framing her as The Cool Mom.

I can say categorically that if someone took my "I love all kinds of animals" and went to parasitic worms, my response would be something like "they're cool, but I do have to make an exception for ants" and I would think more highly of the date, rather than less. Because we have the fundamental compatibility of "Statement that has obvious limits to most people" and completely ignoring the limits to investigate the weird cases.

I would assume parasitic wasps on ants at the least? Then trying to think of the actual parasite. Like the one that you ingest and it eventually gets out of your eyeballs? I had an interesting biology teacher in high school, ok?
