What I took from it is that Aurelia is actually a bit older, but Yay was implying she looked younger than her real age, hence her "flattery" comment; as for why Yay picked 47, I'm not sure. She's probably not a lot older than 47 at any rate, if she had her kids young.

I imagine it would be an age young enough to be taken as flattery but also old and specific enough that it is not a completely self-evident lie, and thus perhaps genuinely flattering rather than inwardly eye-rolling.

Do you know how many borzoi pics there are on the internet? Neither do I. But I intend to find out!

Yay let their guard down! If they keep this up they will have no secrets left. I'm starting to get the feeling that they no longer like the path they're on, and that they want something else. But then, who will do their job?

True. However (unlike Bubbles), in Yay's case it 's more like "How and why is my armor being removed?!"
