Has Claire's "dead name" ever been mentioned? I wonder if it, too, started with CL like Claire and Clinton?

I can't remember it, and it would be odd if Jeph did something that insensitive given the enormous care he's taken writing Claire.

I think that this strip is interesting in that it sort of shows how Jeph thinks Hannelore sees the world. There is a sort of "this is your personal wiki page" about her profile of Claire as well as the work environment at CoD (notice the mention of the spiders).
The service ferret is a reminder of just how weird this town is!
