My favorite variant so far is really different enough in nature that, with a different top coat, it really wouldn't be considered a variant at all, but:

Worldle is about guessing countries/territories.

I also enjoy Taylordle (a Taylor Swift based Wordle), Dordle (solve two Wordles at once), and Quordle (solve four Wordles at once).
