I don't recall the strip number, but there's one where the two of them are sitting on Marbear's bed and Hanners tells her "Thank you for lying to me. You're a good friend." It was implied that Marigold had yet to change her sheets post coitus. So I'm guessing Marigold is aware.

Marigold and Hannelore are good friends, and Hanners is very open about her issues, so Marigold is aware of them.
