I was thinking the same thing and came here specifically to see if anyone else had the same observation.
Wingy:
We haven't seen May in that kind of pose before. As someone similarly sized to Bubbles, I'd think she should be similarly myomered (can that be a word like muscled?). May's waist does seem a bit undersized in this view, but then this body wasn't designed for wreaking havoc.
hedgie:
Hulk mode engaged!

Yeah looking at it on my desktop I see the blur around the text, especially in the top panels its more noticable.

Not necessarily the same in muscle/myomer mass. At least not in terms of humans at any rate. May's new body seems to have a midsized frame (usually) whereas Bubbles has a large frame. And for those confused by the terminology, frame size usually refers to the width of one's skeletal build. 'Stocky' refers to us short folk[1] with a large frame size[2][3].
[1] Typically around 5'5" (165cm) or 5'6" (167˝ cm) and under.
[2] Yes, I'm aware of the euphemistic use of it to mean 'pudgy' instead. While the two are not mutually exclusive (indicates self), the two aren't the same thing either.
[3] I wear a 2XL for my shoulders alone and it's always amusing to see who I outweigh. I'm 222 lbs (100.7 kg) last I checked.
