Presumably Beeps took her bra off since the straps aren't showing under the dress. Or maybe Beeps thinks it's going to be that kind of night and she's going full commando under the dress.

I think that it's because of unpleasantness of her thoughts of that place. Either that, or wondering why in the world Beeps would need to install a SCSI[1] card (for those really wild nights).
[1] hardcore kink, but you can fit up to 16 devices on a daisy chain. You just hope that the ones at each end are self-terminating.
