The last time the previous thread for this was posted in was back in 2018. It's been awhile.

Anyways, I think Millefeuille might be best suit voiced by someone like Christine Woods (think Entrapta from the She-Ra reboot).

Would GirlDM suit Momo or May more?

Are we talking about casting the characters in live action?  Because new May needs to be played by a tall bombshell with an obnoxious attitude, while previously May would have to have been played by someone more petite with an obnoxious attitude.  Could be tricky finding a matched set of actresses if you wanted to cover the transition.

Bubbles would of course be the biggest challenge.  Some special effects would be unavoidable.

I believe the primary purpose of the previous version of this thread was for an animated adaptation of some variety.

In so far as small and petite, GirlDM would actually fit the bill. Watching her lore videos indicates she's got a fair bit of range and could likely play either if live-action.
