Yep, pretty common here in Aus. Rice Bubbles is the original brand and the two major supermarket chains' knockoff versions are Rice Puffs and Rice Pops :)

There's also (at least in the UK) "Puffed Wheat", and "Sugar Puffs" (the same coated in honey-flavoured sugar).

To be fair to Emmett, the only healthy cold cereal I cared for as a kid was oats. Honey O's and frosted miniature wheats tended to have quite a fair bit of sugar on top of the otherwise relatively healthy cereal base.
