WCDT - Strips 4801 to 4805 (Jun 6th to Jun 10th 2022)
snubnose:
Milk contains about 5% lactose, and dried fruits contain a lot of sugar, for example dried banana has 23%. The rest, not so much.
So I would guess abour 3% total ? Assuming about half of the meal is the milk, absorbed in the grain, and the dried fruits are only a relatively small part.
Much less if you're lactose intolerant, because then your body doesnt converts it to glucose like any other digestable carbo hydrate. Instead bacteria in your stomach process it, leading to the known consequences (that this webcomic likes to exaggerate).
love cute things:

I'd say between 5 and 10%, depending on the dried fruits i have at hand.
MattStriker:
Sam may be many things, but she'll never make a good criminal :D.

It could also be a very educational experience for them.
