Sad Music
Fido:
I belive there was a thread like this in the old forums. But it's gone now.
So what's the saddest music? Music that just pulls out those emotions better than any other?
Dany:
For me at least, it's instrumental post-rock. Gy!be, Mono, Sigur Rós's ( ) ....
But well, i think it can be different for everyone.
czar0406:
Nine Inch Nails album/ep "Still". i love that CD to death. The instrumentals near the end is what gets to me the most, cuts me right to the core.
muffy:
Sadness is my speciality...
Her Space Holiday
Meanwhile Back in Communist Russia
Bright Eyes
Azure Ray
My Vitriol
Elliott Smith
Radiohead
Delgados
The Smiths (some songs)
The Cure (more songs)
Manics - anything off the holy bible, possibly the most intensely depressing album in the world, with the exception of Fevers and Mirrors...
I actually have a playlist of the most miserable songs in the world...
dancarter:
