Yeah, im working on trowing together my own comic thats proboubly going the way of most webcomics and going to die with my short attention span, but How would i get an archive system ?

If all else fails, you could just plop a load of hyperlinks onto a page neatly and add a new one each time a comic comes out. Anything more complex with pop-boxes you'd probably need Java or PHP.
