The Last Show You Saw

Saw the Panics last night - brilliant band from W.A. (Western Australia, that is), I've only seen them once before, last year when they were supporting Grandaddy, and they were just as amazing as I remember them being.

Just got back from the Decemberists' show in Detroit.

at one point they made everyone in st. andrews hall sit down. just for the hell of it.
and they were all extremely drunk, and very kooky.
The guy that opened for them turns out to have grown up about a mile away from me.

They're not actually as good as they deserve to be with that name.
Looks like I can't go to Queen Adreena at the wedgewood rooms on the 24th. Anyone within range want to buy my tickets via the post before I ebay 'em up?
