Hehe I have never played the game but I do own a 1985.5 944. I got it from a friend for a couple thousand a year or so ago and love it. What I don't love about it though is I think it has been cheating on me with the garage mechanics :( It's a seriously fun car to drive and though it is low on power it handles incredibly well. As a kid I always wanted to own a european sports car some day and never thought it'd happen. If anyone is interested in owning a porsche, but is low on the fundage like I seem to always be. Look for a 944 built after 1985. They come in turbo and NA like mine, in varying condition and whatnot. The most I would expect to pay would be about $12,000 for a cherried turbo. Anyways there are lot of resources out there for workign on and restoring them so they make for great hoby cars in general.

Nope, I haven't played a Need for Speed game since the second one.  Burnout 3 and Gran Turismo have been the car games of choice at my residence.  Oh and Grand Theft Auto:  SA but for the most part the racing challenges seem easier in it.
