Gmail grows!

Well, what a nice suprise, on the 1 year anniversary of gmail (today!) gmail is activly updating everyone to 2gb of space

and finally, RTF as well, bold for everyone!

check out the counter, its at about 1830mb right now and still going

Eh, Rogers bumped my Yahoo up to 2GB when I got their new deal.  Whoop-d-shit.  I suck everything down to my own setup anyway.  One place to store everything with Lookout indexing it.  Mmm.

I can't say I was getting anywhere near filling 1gb, but 2gb is pretty cool. Formatting, meh.

the counter is still going! much more slowly now, but it's above 2GB and growing still.

Yeah, I remember looking down at the bottom of the screen and realizing the number was double what it used to be. Like I'm ever gonna use 2062 MB of space. Of course, Google does have that new free video hosting deal coming up. Not a part of Gmail (I think), but I can totally see using up 2 GB of space for video rather quickly.
