Well, I was 9 when he went missing, so, well.

Hey, I was only joking! I was 11, so yeah, I didn't go to my first gig til I was 16, and my mum gave me the lecture.
Not the 'don't take any drugs' one, I think she knew I'd be safe from that.
The 'Now, if the band asks you to come backstage, you are to say 'no' - got that?' talk.
I promptly went and got off with the guitairist and drank his beer.

Same. Well, I'm not sure it was before epTwo but it was definitely before they were all over the tv. They were supporting Rival Schools United By Fate (later shortened to Rival Schools, either that or they got the name on the flyer wrong) back when people only went to see them because of Walter Schreifels. Neither of them were very good, but apparently I missed the acoustic Gorilla Biscuits covers he did after I left for the last bus.
