Musicians/bands you have an irrational hatred of
HMS Odell:
tough guy straightedge hardcore. fucking gah. the only throwdown fans i've seen are skinhead-esque bastards who punch everyone around with their sweaty muscles. go avay i do not likes yous.
a pack of wolves:
A lot of the silly-haircut brigade love Throwdown too. One Life Crew make me a lot madder though. Bad and dodgy politics... urgh. Hatebreed and Born From Pain are also irritating, although in their cases purely musically.

seconded.
pip_helix:
fake jam bands make me cringe. they're just like "here, let's take a perfectly good 4-minute pop song and make it last for 11 WHOLE MINUTES! aren't we SO ROCK?!"
*shudder*
like many a northeastern high school, mine was flooded with dave matthews/john mayer/jack johnson obsessed freaks.
<- is proud to have made it out alive.
KharBevNor:
Hmmm...where is my LIST.
Breathe in. I'm intolerant and full of hate. Most of you on this forum WILL NOT LIKE a lot of this list:
Mainly Music:
Biffy Clyro
Blink 182
The Books
The Dillinger Escape Plan
The Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster
Franz Ferdinand
Good Charlotte
Greenday
HIM
KoRn
Limp Bizkit
Linking Park
The Locust
Loads of other Mathcore bands I haven't mentioned (I can just about tolerate some 'The Number 12 Looks Like You'. That's about it.)
The Offspring
Poison the Well
Propaghandi
EVERY SKA-PUNK BAND I HAVE EVER HEARD. Ever.
Radiohead
Slipknot
'Straight Edge' bands. "Let's stop ingesting drugs (or coffee, or meat) and start HITTING PEOPLE. This will solve all the worlds problems"
These are bands I simply can't tolerate more than one (or sometimes less than one) song of live without getting really aggravated. Many of them are favoured by my school fellows and played too much (ie, at all in most cases) on the common room stereo. Others are just shite.
I've probably forgotten LOADS. Pretty much all straightforward nu-metal and pop-punk will appear here. Not really because of any musical snobbery, simply because I hate pretty much all of them.
