Thing which people keep calling bands that have bugger all to do with it?

I hate Linkin Park.  I remember trying to explain this to someone once.
Person: You don't like Linkin Park?
Me: All their songs sound exactly the same!  You can't tell them apart!
Person: So?

I hate anything ghettoteck.  I hate 80's pop, even though it's hugely popular around here.

I hate evanescence, although I will give them a point or two for their name.

I also hate Breaking Benjamin, Good Charlotte, and Rascal Flatts.

I actually like a song by them, it's called "The Fog". It's not on "Songs About Jane", I heard it on an episode of Judging Amy and looked it up. It's very pretty.
