Did you fit the stereotypes about your favourate music?
Poke:
I can't say that I fit into any one really well, but I listen to tons of different music genres and I can probably pull a look out of my closet for any of them. I just really like fun clothes.
I listen to: indie, alternative, classic rock, folk, emo, punk and some metal.
I wear: Mostly just jeans/cords and hoodies, but I have tons of hats, some really girly hippy skirts, band t-shirts, stilettos, black combat boots, band tshirts, polyster 70s shirts and pants, rev velvet pants, moccasins...
I have really short hair now, that was dyed black, and that looked pretty emo/punk whatever. But before that it was in the middle of my back, brown, and stick straight and I looked like a flower child.
Most of the time I just wear nondescript plain tank tops and pants (I also don't wear any brands like someone else mentioned.. I didn't know it was indie, but I hate being a label whore), but I really like to be able to mess around with my look pretty easily, I can go from metal looking, to preppy and trendy, to pot smoking hippy. And since I like all of those kinds of music, it works for me.
Spike:
Hmm, I'm horribly bad at the whole label thing but here it goes anyway.
I wear jeans, button up shirts or t-shirts. That's about it.
If I had to say I was anything I'd say I was an indie kid (at least by musical tastes), it's just that I'm not very good at it.
japaneasy:
Once I dyed my (very dark, almost black) hair, black. It was an experiment for Halloween.
Cpt.Fantastic:
--- Quote from: ASturge ---Same here, acoustic indie, indie rock.
Im skinny, i have long hair, i wear t-shirts that have funny slogans and i look down on anybody who reads NME (thats YOU Cpt.Fantastic...)

Bastard.
I have my prog side(snobbish), then my indie side(chilled), my hate-filled-non-metal anger side, my suit-wearing side and my eyeliner side. I look like a posh 1950's bisexual stoner most of the time.
loyalpeon:
ok, so I'm pretty tall, pretty muscular, long hair (usually in ponytail) and wear thin-rimmed rectangular glasses. I wear mainly jeans, nikes or some other comfy trainer, t-shirts (mainly plain blue ones, some band Ts, some random colourful ones), and sweaters (not hoodies) or shirts, depending on weather hehe... mix all that with either leather jacket or some weird black one... and um... you get... well - i donno
personality wise... i'm usually the clown of the group, motormouth and all...
if any of you can figure out a stereotype from all that please enlighten me.
to lend a helping hand, i listed mostly to folk, indie rock/pop, blues rock, 90s alt rock, IDM industrial, metal... that about sums up my favourites i guess, add a pinch or rap maybe...
so yeah. what stereotype am i?
