It's the OpusOS (deep compact) theme for Windows, assuming that you have a 'fixed' uxtheme.dll.

yup... from time to time i put a snapshot here
but i think i messed it up. i actually wanted something like 'red metal'. obviously the 'fire' color palette wasnt the best choice *g*
