Beck wouldn't have Soul if he was part of Motown. Again not totally serious, but I can't stand Beck. Black Metal has more soul to see. Singing of the Pagan/Viking history and the pride in it.

Singing about something they care about works for me though.

Although you won't do it, I would like you to download 'Bathory - One Rode to Asa Bay', 'Forefather - Proud to be Proud' or 'Ancient Rites - (Ode to Ancient) Europa' and then say that.

As someone who counts pagan/folk/viking metal as probably their favourite musical genre, your generalisations really offend me. I mean, beyond the level of you not liking my music, I actually feel quite hurt.
