It's a place in Post-Searing.

I'm in the main place for Post-Searing (Lion's Arch) It's around the middle of the game, but everyone hangs out there because it's also where you get guild halls.

ElRodente:
thunderhead is the second hardest mission in the game, (second to hell's precipice)

and i just can't find any decent groups
